- The Subsidiary of the Company, Panitola Investments Ltd, changed its name to Wilton Investments Ltd.
- Mr. Y.K. Modi resigned from the Board with effect from 19th April.
1997
- Mr. N. C. Pohani retired at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, but being eligible offered himself for re-appointment.

1998

- The Company acquired the equity share capital of Bokakhat Tea Company, which owns Bokakhat Tea estate in Assam.
2010
- The Company recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per Equity share of Rs. 10 each.
2011
- The name of the Company was changed from Rossell Tea Ltd to ROSSELL INDIA LTD.
- The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Rossell Aviation Private Ltd, entered into an agreement with CAE International Holding Ltd, Canada.
- The Company declared a dividend of Rs. 0.40 per Equity share of Rs. 2 each.
- The Company split its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2.
2012
- The Company entered into an agreement with Dhunseri Petrochem and Tea Limited for acquisition of their Namsang Tea Estate.

- Rossell Techsys Division of the Company achieved the Boeing SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR award in the PATHFINDER category.
- Rossell Hospitality Division of the Company was awarded the IMAGES Most Admired Food Service Retailer of the Year.
2017
- Onward Technologies entered into a partnership with Dassault Systèmes India Business Transformation channel.
2018
- Onward Technologies' Chairman received a Lifetime Achievement Award.
- Onward Tech entered into a partnership with Quark Software.
