1996
- The Subsidiary of the Company, Panitola Investments Ltd, changed its name to Wilton Investments Ltd.
- Mr. Y.K. Modi resigned from the Board with effect from 19th April.
1997
- Mr. N. C. Pohani retired at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, but being eligible offered himself for re-appointment.
- The tenure of the appointment of Mr. R. N. Deogun, Managing Director, was due to expire on 30th June and it was proposed to re-appoint him for a further period of 3 years with effect from 1st July.
1998
- The Company issued and allotted 15,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 4 per Equity Share to an existing major shareholder.

2011
- The name of the Company was changed from Rossell Tea Ltd to ROSSELL INDIA LTD.
- The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Rossell Aviation Private Ltd, entered into an agreement with CAE International Holding Ltd, Canada.
