2021	Sona BLW announced a joint development project with Israel's IRP Nexus Group. Sona Comstar collaborated with an Israeli firm to develop a new motor for electric vehicles. Sona Comstar partnered with Israel's IRP to produce electric 2W, 3W powertrain.
2022	Sona BLW Precision Forgings achieved 1 lakh EV traction motor production milestone. Sona BLW Precision tied up with a US firm for electrostatic drive motors.
2023	Sona BLW Precision won the Golden Peacock Award For Excellence In Corporate Governance, 2023. The Company agreed to acquire at least 54% shares capital and voting rights in NOVELIC.
