  • The Company entered into an agreement to take over the entire assets of Standard Packagings with effect from 1st April 95.
  • The Company entered into an agreement to take over the entire assets of Standard Paper Industries Corporation with effect from 1st April 95.
  • The Jute bags manufactured by the Company were awarded the India Star Award and the World Star For Packaging.

  • Stanpacks India members approved to delist its share from Bangalore Stock Exchange.

  • Sri. G S Sridhar and Sri G V Gopinath were appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.
