1991
- Stanpacks (India) Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 20th December.
1994
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th August.
- The Company acquired the manufacturing facilities of Polycoat Packaging Industries on a going concern basis with effect from 1.10.94.
- The Company entered into an agreement to take over the entire assets of Standard Packagings with effect from 1st April 95.
- The Company entered into an agreement to take over the entire assets of Standard Paper Industries Corporation with effect from 1st April 95.
- The Jute bags manufactured by the Company were awarded the India Star Award and the World Star For Packaging.
2003
- Stanpacks India members approved to delist its share from Bangalore Stock Exchange.
2008
- Sri. G S Sridhar and Sri G V Gopinath were appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.
2010
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to S.K. ENCLAVE, New No. 4, Nowroji Road, Chetpet, Chennai - 600 031.
