The Company is also registered under Registration of Factors (Reserve Bank) Regulations, 2022 dated January 14, 2022, as NBFC - Factor, vide Certificate of registration bearing ref. no. N-13.02475 dated January 9, 2024, issued by RBI, authorizing the Company to commence and carry out the factoring business.
