The Company is also registered under Registration of Factors (Reserve Bank) Regulations, 2022 dated January 14, 2022, as NBFC - Factor, vide Certificate of registration bearing ref. no. N-13.02475 dated January 9, 2024, issued by RBI, authorizing the Company to commence and carry out the factoring business. The Company is engaged in the business of lending and primarily deals in financing MSME sector with focus on Healthcare, Education, Chemicals, Food Processing/FMCG, Hospitality, Electrical Equipment & Components, Auto Components, and Light Engineering.
