Year	History
2010	A Joint Venture Agreement was signed between WIL and DCNS. Dr. Anil Kakodkar and Mr. Ghyanendra Nath Bajpai were appointed as Additional Directors.
2011	A Joint Venture Agreement was signed between WIL and Atomenergomash (AEM) and Atomstroyexport (ASE), Russia. WIL and ETCL collaborated. A Joint Venture Agreement was signed between WIL and DCNS.
2012	Walchandnagar Industries Limited and Masson Marine, France collaborated. The company recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (50%) on equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
2013	Mrs. Bhavna Doshi and Mr. Arun R. Gandhi were appointed as Additional Directors. The company was bestowed with the Outstanding Professional (Industrial) Award. The board recommended a dividend of 20% on equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
