Bombay Cycle Motor Agency Reports Mixed Q2 Results with Standalone Profit of ₹32.40 Lakh

Bombay Cycle Motor Agency Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. However, consolidated results showed a net loss of ₹10.01 lakh for the quarter despite revenue of ₹260.75 lakh. The company operates through two segments - Automobile and Hospitality divisions. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting held on November 4, 2025. The results were reviewed by statutory auditors LMR Associates who conducted a limited review of the financial statements.

Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Appoints New Statutory Auditors for Five-Year Term

Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Limited completed the tenure of M/s. N. G. Thakrar & Co. as Statutory Auditors following their 106th Annual General Meeting held on August 06, 2025. The company appointed M/s. L M R A and Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 159407W) as new Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years until the conclusion of the 111th Annual General Meeting in 2030. The previous auditors completed their second term of five years and could not be re-appointed under Companies Act, 2013 provisions. The new audit firm is registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a valid Peer Review certificate, and is led by experienced Chartered Accountants with senior partners having over 12 years of experience. The appointment was approved by the Board on June 25, 2025, and by shareholders at the AGM.
