Bombay Cycle Motor Agency Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹200.75 lakh for the quarter, with net profit of ₹32.40 lakh. For the half year period, standalone revenue reached ₹520.98 lakh with net profit of ₹147.74 lakh. However, consolidated results showed a net loss of ₹10.01 lakh for the quarter despite revenue of ₹260.75 lakh. The company operates through two segments - Automobile and Hospitality divisions. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting held on November 4, 2025. Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Limited completed the tenure of M/s. N. G. Thakrar & Co. as Statutory Auditors following their 106th Annual General Meeting held on August 06, 2025. The company appointed M/s. L M R A and Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 159407W) as new Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years until the conclusion of the 111th Annual General Meeting in 2030. The previous auditors completed their second term of five years and could not be re-appointed under Companies Act, 2013 provisions. The new audit firm is registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a valid Peer Review certificate, and is led by experienced Chartered Accountants with senior partners having over 12 years of experience. The appointment was approved by the Board on June 25, 2025, and by shareholders at the AGM.

Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Ltd. reported quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company achieved revenue from operations of ₹251.19 lacs compared to ₹244.62 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit increased significantly to ₹138.97 lacs from ₹110.11 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Earnings per share rose to ₹34.74 from ₹27.53. On a consolidated basis, net profit reached ₹161.54 lacs compared to ₹95.03 lacs in the prior year quarter, with earnings per share at ₹40.38 versus ₹23.76. The company operates through two segments - Automobile and Hospitality divisions. The results were approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on August 6, 2025, and have been reviewed by statutory auditors N.G. Thakrar & Co.
