The consolidated results show total income of Rs. 3,311.06 lakhs for the quarter, with revenue from operations at Rs. 3,205.28 lakhs. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 208.49 lakhs for the quarter on a consolidated basis. On standalone basis, total income was Rs. 644.14 lakhs with revenue from operations at Rs. 525.74 lakhs, resulting in a net loss of Rs. 0.03 lakhs for the quarter. Variman Global Enterprises Cancels 2.7 Crore Convertible Warrants Worth Rs 53.96 Crore

Variman Global Enterprises Limited cancelled 2,69,80,000 convertible warrants after warrant holders failed to exercise their conversion option within the stipulated 18-month period ending November 10, 2025. The warrants were originally allotted to non-promoters at Rs 20 per warrant on a preferential basis. The company forfeited the upfront amount of Rs 13,49,00,000 paid at the time of allotment. No warrants were exercised during the conversion period, and the cancellation does not result in any change to the company's capital structure.
