1992
- The company was converted into a Public Limited company.
- The name of the company was changed to Ashiana Intercontinental Ltd and a fresh Certificate of incorporation was obtained.
1993
- The name of the company was changed to Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd.
2004
- The Company received a letter of Intent from M/s M & B Footwear (P) Ltd to manufacture the premium range of shoes under MARCO RICCI Brand of Italy.
2005
- Worldwide Leather procured orders of over Rs Ten Million from Spain for reputed brands including Bata of Spain.
- The Company bagged substantial orders for over Rs 10 million for leather shoes to be sold under its own brand name BERTINI in the UK market.
2006
- The Company was selected in the Gold Category of 32nd International Quality Convention Frankfurt to receive the Arch of Europe award for Quality and Technology.
- Worldwide Leather entered into a marketing tie-up with Shoppers Stop.
- The Company secured a sizable order from a super mart chain store from Spain.
2016
- The company changed its Corporate Office address to C-12/9, Lower Ground Floor, DLF Phase-I, Gurgaon.
