Worldwide Aluminium Limited corrected an inadvertent error by resubmitting properly signed financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company initially uploaded unsigned financial results to BSE on November 4, 2025, and immediately rectified this mistake by filing the duly signed documents. The quarterly results show revenue from operations of Rs 1,618.86 lakhs compared to Rs 1,504.82 lakhs in the previous quarter, with a profit before tax of Rs 1.08 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 2.08 lakhs in the prior quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 0.01 per share. The company operates in a single business segment of trading aluminum metals. Total assets decreased to Rs 1,018.11 lakhs from Rs 1,726.72 lakhs as of March 31, 2025.
